52-461-390-001 Bell & Gossett eHSC Bearing Housing. *Please note image is generic. Bolts and washers not included. The new Bell & Gossett Series e-HSC double suction pump provides engineers, contractors, and building owners a more powerful, serviceable, and efficient solution for a wide range of critical HVAC applications. With longer running life thanks to a shorter shaft that reduces vibrations, this pump can run up to 3x as long (100,000 hours within the preferred operating range) before the bearings need to be changed. Its also more powerful with a flow rate of up to 26,600 gpm the new Bell & Gossett e-HSC can easily handle large capacity systems and higher head. The ease of serviceability with the new e-HSC pump saves time and reduces downtime. The mechanical seal and bearings can be easily accessed without opening the upper casing and with the standard spacer coupling, both can be changed easily.

Information:

The Bell & Gossett e-HSC pump features internally self-flushing mechanical seals. This design, an industry standard, ensures maximum seal life lubrication, heat dissipation and debris removal – all without vulnerable, external flush lines and filter kits that can clog and result in seal failure. With the Bell & Gossett internally self-flushing seal design, as much as 25% of the total pump flow continuously flushes the seal faces compared to the few gpm a conventional stuffing box mounted mechanical seal receives. This design keeps seals cooler and cleaner – resulting in longer mechanical seal life.

Warranty Information

For items provided by National Pump Supply, but manufacture by others, National Pump Supply extends the manufacturer’s warranty to the Buyer. Warranty requires install, start-up and operation as per manufacturers IOM. If the deliverables do not conform to the above applicable warranty, and if the Buyer promptly notifies National Pump Supply, National Pump Supply shall thereupon, if it confirms the existence of the defects, correct defects, including non-conformance with the specification, either (at National Pump Supply’s option) by repairing at no charge to Buyer the defective spare part or equipment furnished hereunder, or by making available at the Buyer’s location necessary replacement products. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH: (I) IS DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR ANY CAUSE OTHER THAN ORDINARY COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION BY BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTORS; (II) IS DUE TO ADJUSTMENT, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN AS AUTHORIZED BY NATIONAL PUMP SUPPLY OR MANUFACTURER; OR, (III) IS DUE TO STORAGE OR USE IN AN IMPROPER ENVIRONMENT, EXCESSIVE OR INADEQUATE HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING, AND ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURES, SURGES OR OTHER IRREGULARITIES WHILE IN THE CUSTODY OR CONTROL OF BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTORS. NATIONAL PUMP SUPPLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY HARDWARE OR COMPUTER OPERATING SYSTEMS WHICH ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS AS SET FORTH IN NATIONAL PUMP SUPPLY'S TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION. NATIONAL PUMP SUPPLY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO DELIVERABLES THAT WERE SUBJECTED TO ABUSE, VANDALISM OR MISUSE.
